Looks like the best time to travel, that is of course if there was a train to catch. Great focus. Good depth. Great perspective. Perfect vantage point. A great entry into the Transportation contest. Best of luck!

A very unusual view of this Tube Station completely empty of passengers & staff the sun shining on the outer edges of the platform & the line between the platforms, reflected back to highlight the notices on the wall on the left. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques. Was this during one of the ongoing strikes?

No, I took it a while back because I couldn't believe it was so empty - but it probably did look much the same during the strikes!

Good images of means of transportation although the place or places have plenty of empty space. I've never seen a tube station. I like the flooring, the brown and beige.

Thank you so much. A tube is the same as an underground train, I didn?t feel I could call this an underground station though as this particular part of the line was overground! Lol

A rare moment when there is no train. The clarity is great. The angle of the shot of train depot is great. The capture of the light is great. The presentation is balance and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall.

Yep, without an element of people or a train this is an incomplete photo. Maybe if the rails come from the back and left to the bottom right would be a more interesting photo.

No not rush hour as you say i like the starkness of this station without passengers but also feel one person in this waiting for a train would i feel been better or maybe a b/w version would also have been good...Brian

it seems like the image has a strong focus on the Absence of people during a typically busy time. The use of HDR and adjustments to curves and levels likely contributes to the overall mood and atmosphere of the photo. I like it just the way it is !
