The scene, especially from the little seemingly stand-still water and grasses half way up, is prettiest. I can't tell that the water is flowing that much but it is nice half way up. The other objects are lovely too. The large block of concrete, gravel, or whatever in the foreground kind of takes away from the other rather lovely scene.
