The way you textured the rocks on here is really really well done. The sharp edges of them blend so well together with the various ways these rocks go in and out at all sorts of angles. I can tell you spent quite some time making this. The height of this cliff gives this painting a more epic atmosphere as well. The symmetry going on in this painting also seems to add to the larger than life aura going on here, as if this cliff is some renowned area that is talked about all across the land.

The contest theme of moving water has brought out the best in a lot of members. This is a stunning work of art that would look great mounted on metal. I can see this on a 2-foot by 5-foot floating metal in large foyer. The idea of a single narrow stream of water still gives this the feeling of movement. I have driven by the 7 Falls of Maui and didn't see that much water. Great job.

This is great! I love that it's a tiny trickle instead of gushing falls!
You've painted both the cliff and the water below very well, and those splashes as it hits the water below are so realistic! A great job, well done.

Great entry for the contest. Reminds me of the cartoon up where the old man was trying to reach the falls. With the water in the center your eye is instantly drawn to it. Thanks for sharing and good luck!
