In some parts of the world, this would not be acceptable.
As a photograph, the movement captured is very cool and frozen in time. The crop and off-center placement of the waterspout is well done. This would be nice mounted on metal.

This is a beautiful scene with the greenish water and the details therein, the waterjet gusher and the water landing and making more whites. I don't know if it flows that much but you certainly photographed it well and it is beautiful.

It's hard to capture a fountain in the wind. This is a great piece showing the influence of wind on the spray. If I had to give any invite into what I thought might make it better, I would say it could be a bit brighter.

A beautiful stop action picture of the Water Jet rising up in a garden pool near you the mist it forms hiding the garden behind it. The droplets reflecting the pale sky above that's also reflected on the water surrounding it. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

I nearly entered a shot very similar to this that I took in London - in retrospect maybe I should have - you know what I'm talking about :) - except yours is better!
You've captured the fountain and the rippling water very well and all is beautifully sharp. I like the dark background as it helps make the water really pop.
