These guys are so very cute, remind me of our bluebirds. A very lovely photo of this bird perched on the edge of a flower pot,I like how you composed this photo with the robin off-center, excellent focus and exposure;framing and text are a nice touch. An overall very enjoyable image!

What a dear little chap, I do love robins. And he's adorable the way he's looking at you through the window. It appears slightly blurry, but I have noticed this happens sometimes when a photo is uploaded, perhaps because we have to make them so small. I like the composition, with the flowerpot edge forming the base of the image, and that you've placed him slightly to one side.

    Charlotte,
Thanks a million for your complementary review on this cheeky little Robin on the edge of the planter. Resizing them does tend reduce the sharp focus.

The sheen of the grass blades and the flower pot give away the fact that it was raining. It gives off that warm atmosphere of the summer rain where I can just smell the freshness of the air. The colors are muted and it balances out the photo.

A well composed image capturing the little robin posing and looking at you from the pot plant.
Focus is good and the clarity of his plumage is shown nicely.
