The wrinkles are excellently done, but don't be afraid to blend things out, like the shadows on the nose. Also, the blue fabric looks flat (use a different hue for highlight) and the photo's lighting is uneven. I like the range of values you used.

A good looking portrait image posted here, together with interesting notes too! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us an enjoyable view of that famous woman. Textures and tones are good.
