It looks like you've used poster edges, but have you? As it's not left those black speckles everywhere that I always seem to get!
Focus, colour, dof etc. are all just perfect, but it's what you've achieved in the editing that really makes this image a stunner!

It looks like you've used poster edges, but have you? As it's not left those black speckles everywhere that I always seem to get!
Focus, colour, dof etc. are all just perfect, but it's what you've achieved in the editing that really makes this image a stunner!

Hi Charlotte, It is a bit of work but I enjoy doing it. I didn't use poster edges on this. I just used gaussian blur on the background then added a shadow for the flower. I'm so glad you enjoyed my image and thought it deserved such a high rating! Thank you so much My Friend! :o) Nancy

That is the most unusual top on the flower; it is beautiful, like a beehive or special cake. The petals are lovely colors with the yellows, light oranges and reds on the tops of the petals near brown, but they are not as realistic as your usual work. Yet the whole is rather adorable. The background is nice as is the cut-out bee.

Hi Glena, I guess this Brown-eyed Susan is a coneflower. They always have those BIG heads on them. I wanted to give this flower a different look, but I appreciate you letting me know when you think there is something a little off. You know my work so you see it better than others would.
