He resembles an old cartoon character from my younger day (years). The expression on his face is priceless. The tight crop and the background tells a great story. This is most effective in B/W verse trying to add color which in my opinion, would have made this just a oh hum drawing.

I think you've drawn this caricature really well! This type of drawing is an art in it's own right in my opinion, and you've captured the very style well!
I would have liked to have seen a little more space above his head, to give him space to move as it were, and the paper arrow could do with a touch more detail to distinguish it from the writing on the blackboard - I did think it was a drawing on the blackboard until I read your notes.
Other than that I think it's an excellent piece of artwork. Well done!

A good looking image posted here! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us a good view of that teacher. He looks to be too old to be in a classroom. Textures, tones and detail are good. Nicely drawn!

This drawing is rather nice, cartoon style, composed by using a pencil. It is definitely animated, expressive and the theme good. The blackboard is rather well done. His eyes are too close but again I realize it is a cartoon-like drawing, quite well I might add. I even like the spot on his face. You've done well with the values. With some work it would be really good.

Ok I?m take this advice you are the one on this entire site so far has made me excited about my own art being good thank you so much I mean I?ve gotten so many reviews but yours are my favorite thank you again and as always god bless

Jennifer I will be honest with you, it takes quite a long time to be an artist. Many many hours of doing things over and over again. You will not learn to be an artist on this site and you are waisting your time if you think you will. You need to take lessons and learn. You can learn about professional artists by reading books about art history and take a lot of notes so you can learn the terms used in art. Get a plain page book and start sketching and date every sketch you do. This way you can record your progress. I suggest you watch artist tutorial on Youtube and stick with one medium like pencil to start and draw in your book every chance you get. Learn to draw what you see and not what you think you see. You will save a lot of time if you take lessons and learn quicker. In the mean time, take common objects like a cup and saucer and arrange it differently each time, for example put the cup on the saucer, then put the cup next to the saucer and then lean the saucer on the cup at an angle and draw what you see and concentrate on getting it right. This site is for seasoned photographers mostly and artists. I am being honest with you, You are not ready for this site. You have a lot of learning ahead of you and as long as you treat it like a journey you will enjoy the trip. Don't get discouraged, if you really want to learn, you will find the time and you will learn, but you have to be devoted. Thanks Ray I?m glad you are really pushing me but I have no education I only went to 10th grade Ray I never really paid attention in school and now it?s paying me back and I feel it?s to late for me to try to get a G.E.D and then go to art school I don?t know a fast track if you know anyway I can fast track out of this world maybe lol no but really im in a tight spot and it?s all do to my negligence in not learning anything in school

It is never too late to learn, but you have to work hard to learn. You can find what you need on youtube and on the internet, just type it into the browser and that will get you started. If you want to learn you can just give it a chance and start and enjoy. Ray
