Love to see women taking pride in their work this photo is amazing and puts a smile on my face to see they arena't scared to get there hands a little dirty show strong morals and strength great message within this photo thanks for sharing and god bless

Four women working in the midday sun all covered for protection. As they bend it must be hard on their backs. The dresses are very colorful and stand out from the green grass. The best of luck in the contest. Ray

It is a lovely colourful scene indeed, and their saris match the mustard flowers! I know they're used to it, but it must be so much harder doing that sort of work wearing a sari, it must really get in the way!

Thanks for entering contest but i find the focus is not quite there and thats a pity and again now looking more closely i think you needed to be much closer to the ladies to get a much stronger viewpoint this i feel ahas a sort of snapshot feel to it and i do think i would have done away with the sky in this as well...Brian

This would be an awesome image if it was focused but you have unfortunately blurred the main subjects.
The colors are great and your composition is good showing the hard working women in the fields.
