This little feather shirt didn't get lost in this photo. I barely caught him. Great way to blend in with the trees. Good job thanks for sharing and as always God bless.

That robin is precious, actually adorable! Its little mouth is so well seen as it sings. The eye is sharp as is the slim limb. The greenery is lovely. This is an outstanding capture, my artist friend Susan.

Hi Susan, I guess songbirds can't be happy all the time! LOL I like the way you positioned this bird in the image. Love the full open mouth of the bird. I imagine Jesse is either your cat or dog. Nice lighting and pretty good focus. The image does have a slight soft look to it. I like it though! Thanks for sharing! :o) Nancy

Nancy,
Thanks a million for your complementary review on this little Robin in full voice telling both Jesse my Jack Russel Terrier & myself to stay away from it's nest hidden nearby.

Susan I find that American robins are so much different from European ones. American robins are tough birds, if you come to close to their nest they will dive bomb you. I had a robin's nest in my back yard and I was hit many times, vicious and protective, I had to wear a hat. This appears to be a bit reserved. Very nice shot and i see it singing. Ray

Ray,
Thanks a million for your complementary review on this little European Robin that's half the size of your American Robin which is a Thrush. Our little Robin is a Flycatcher... they are very territorial & will chase off any other Robin that invades it territory except in the breeding season. They are fearless with humans...if I starte working in the garden one or two are more than likely to show itself near my feet, hoping I would up turn a worm.

A nice shot of this European Robin, they are such cute little birds. Focus and clarity are good, and he is well placed in the framework of the surrounding vegetation.

I think Robins in particular are just a little to proud about their singing. But we love it anyway. After all if its song wasn't so pleasant maybe Jesse wouldn't be so curious.
Nice details of the bird. Colors, contrast and lighting are pleasing to view and enhance the entire scene.
Well done... Bob

Bob,
Thanks a million for your complementary review on this male Robin voicing his opinion about myself & Jesse getting too close to his hidden nest nearby on which his mate is incubation her eggs..
Our Robins are fearless when it comes to most humans & at times can come within touching distance. They will chase off another Robin who dares to come into it's territory except, in the breeding season when you might see two together.

Great shot, I especially like the leaf that looks like an upside down feather on the Robin's back. I thought his wing was askew until I zoomed in. Love the title, definitely looks like he's yelling at you...lol!
