The only thing I wet was my whistle with glasses of chard as they say, helped on down with a wedge of sharp cheese, I was there to eat. This is where we ate dinner and our table was right there. And the food was magnificent. So glad you liked the shot and the view. Ray

This is a very picturesque scene and the greens are beautiful. I think I would have taken it, if possible, so that the rock in the stream was fully in the picture though as I do not like to cut things in half. Apart from this the picture is great.

Celyn1, thank you for the fine review and I do agree with your idea, I wanted to get as much of the pool of water at the base as I could. So you could say I was between a rock and a hard place. : ) Ray

Well Ray, I am indeed impressed. This is a fine entry for this contest, I hope it does well.

I have watched iPhones and their ilk develop over the years and the quality for auto everything is really impressive.

White balance control is still biased to the center cell - nice looking water flow excellent white balance in the center.

Your artistic side is well defined by the framing of this fine composition... Bob

A beautiful & peaceful picture of the water cascading over falls like a series of steps the rocks resemble slate. The falls are beautifully framed by the sunlit trees in the background & the grass in the foreground. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

I can hear the gentle sounds of the stream and feel the cool breeze on my face. This is beautiful landscape photography. The clarity of the image is good. The distant green forest, and the waterfall, in the foreground, make it a well-composed shot. Good luck!
