Very cool; I can see the island among water and grass. This has good contrast, detail and great artistic imagination. I enjoy your work!

Brian you can be any type of person and let you mind wander through an abstract painting and see not just look on your own personal basis. Ray

Very high energy and chaotic piece. I like to imagine that in person this piece could take up an entire wall and provide a maximal, overstimulating experience.

You are new here, it is obvious. Before you started reviewing you should have read other peoples reviews to get an idea how this game is played and how to treat the people you will have to interact with going forward. If you like a piece 5 is a fair rating and 6 if you really like it any thing lower is not desirable as you will soon find out. If you don't like it don't review it. This is a bunch of friendly artists and you need friends to survive here as you will also fine out. ball is in your court.

Quite a fascinating abstract piece once again, Ray.I would love to watch your process. I was watching a video the other day of a woman doing an abstract and kept hollering, "stop!" I would love it but she changed it like fifty times! Ha ha
Do you have an image in mind when you begin or does it take on a form when you see something significant hiding in the blurred colors?
I actually see a face in the orange island part. I see an orange frog. How about that?
Thanks for sharing your interesting art.

Jewell, I recall telling you what I do, you know with the palette knife and acrylic paint on paper. If you try it I am almost sure you will get hooked, so much fun creating with unlimited possibilities. Un structure yourself and full steam ahead, you will be hooked. Look over some of my responses to you and you will find it. It takes practice but I am sure you will enjoy it. Ray

I vaguely recall you telling me your process. I have tried this kind of art and never like the outcome.

You have to keep with it and let it evolve. Try different colors together, layer them and use the knife to remove some before the color sets, use complementary colors and include day glow colors. You have the basics start creating. Try looking at my portfolio for inspiration. It doesn't happen over night. If you need help just ask. You know colors learn how to lay color with the Knife and use thin layers, experiment and your style will evolve guided by you. Ray

Cool,Ray!
This interesting Abstract makes me think of how the Hudson River looked to us kids up here around Fort Edward,New York back in the nineteen sixties...
mysterious and sort of dangerous!

Through blurred lines and fragmented forms, abstract art unveils hidden emotions, inviting us to embrace the beauty of the unconventional. You keep sending the viewer to seek new light. I like this composition of a landscape in abstract.

A good looking nature image posted here! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us an enjoyable view of, what seems to me, to be reflections woodlands on the surface of a lake. Well painted!
