Stunning image Pat always a joy to capture one with prey in beak.
Background is perfect and the focus on the eye is super sharp.
Colors are natural. So different to our Kingfishers.

Beautiful bird, beautiful perfect capture. I love your presentation, it shows off your skill and artistic approach to your subject. The colours are dramatic with the light management, yet natural. That dash of sun touched feathers and eye highlights together with the fish tail introduce a passage of direction for the personal viewer.

Pat, all six stars lined up for this shot. Kingfisher with a fish in spectacular lighting and it can't get any better than this. This is superb, You have a special eye for this, along with knowing where and when to go. I still think when the wild life see you with your camera the word gets out and they all start posing. Cool capture. The angle of the shot of this bird with fish in its been is great. the clarity is great. The capture of the light is good. The presentation is balance and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall

Fine photography of a beautiful bird. I have never seen any King fish in life, let alone a Belted one. His blues are fabulous, his pose with dinner and the golds in his lower feathers makes him a beauty and your capture very skilled.

This is perfect all around. Pat I don't think I can come up with the right combinations of superlatives that would adequately convey just how good this take is.

What a magnificent photo Pat!

Kingfishers are rare here on FAR that I've not seen a lot of. And they are hard to capture.

Fine details, perfect catchlight and wow, even the fish in the birds mouth is perfect! I love it!!
