Very cool. Were you blowing on it while you were clicking the camera? It is cool capture. The clarity is great. The angle of the shot of this dandelion is great. The capture of the light is great. The presentation is balance and eye appealing to the viewer. Creative approach and awesome work overall.

Nice sharp clear shot of the Dandelion seed head. I think it is funny how people seem to hate these guy's so bad. Spend so much money spraying and time digging them out. Yet they are probably one of the top plants photographed. Well done

I believe that Squirrels raiding bird feeders and Dandelions on a green lawn were purposely put here. Over time all efforts to thwart them fail and yet we keep trying. As much of an annoyance they present we Humans take great pleasure in recording them. Makes it all rather Orwellian.

Bob, lookin at your dandelion, I see the wonders of adaption in nature and how the different methods of continuing the species have evolved. I think you have captured the essence in your photo as three leave yielding only to the wind. Ray

I really love this. For various reasons. Number 1, it is very nicely framed, sharp and well presented. Number 2 I had the same idea a couple weeks ago. With my mower broke down, and a sunny sprung day, my dogs and I sat down in the middle of the tall grass and dandelions and began to see a beauty in dandelion flowers and the seed buffs. I love how you chose to photograph and present this exhausting "weed". Your blurred background adds to your fine focus.

The clothes line in the background was a key issue when I was setting up this shot. I chose f/8, thinking it would give me all of the seed head in high res and a heavy background bokeh to obscure the 2 bath towels hanging on the line.

It is always nice to see alternate approaches. The concept, and presentation really speak here. I also like the gentle overflow of the seeds which seems to lead the gentleness of the blossom. Good effort!

Sean... You made my day with this review. May sound silly, but that's always been my goal with my photography, capture those images that might to bring a little joy and happiness even if it's just for one.
