As a vet I really love this! The eagles facial is excellent. Love the ghosting image of the body. The depth is excellent. The shading is excellent. The blend of the colors is excellent. The details is excellent. The presentation is well balance and very eye appealing to the viewer. Very creative and awesome work overall (standing clapping and cheering) wooooooohhhoooooooooo!

Hi Cindy, This is a wonderful memorial image for all the heroes who protect us and put their lives on the line. Memorial Day has always been special for two reasons, these wonderful heroes and.... May 30th is my birthday. I think your image is a lovely gift to our heroes. LOve what your imagination conjured up and the way you presented it. The detail is superb, the blending of the eagle into the flag is phenomenal! THe tombstones and the background behind them is such an awesome sight! Truly a beautiful memorial that touched the heart! AWESOME! :o) Nancy

Thank you ever so much sweet FFFFF friend for the awesome review but above all your words and why you cherish this special day called MEMORIAL DAY. Yeppers, it is way more than a bbq. I really appreciate you always noticing the little things in my art. We send men and women to fight other nations wars. They all come back with unseen brokenness. We just moved to Alabama Dec29,2022 from Communist Crazy Southern California. My home of 63 years. We could not stand it anymore. That is a whole other story BUT here everyone flys their flags and celebrates the military. Especially the families whose loved ones did not return or are instutionalized because of mental or physical injuries. Today is May 30, HAPPY BIRTHDAY NANCY. May the dear Lord Bless YOU with unexpected surprises, joy, love and the laughter of family and friends. Big hugs across the miles from me to you. ~ CindySue ~

This is beautiful. I love how the eagle's feathers transform into an American flag. Very creative choice! This is so smoothly done and truly represents the story you are trying to tell. I think that the mountainous background could have been another piece all on its own. This would have worked just as well with a simpler background that would have made the eagle really pop!

This as a piece of art is outstanding and your concept and thoughts on this subject are quite powerfull i really like how the gravestones are in this but slightly stepped back from the main feature,really good work...Brian
