Brian, you are right on. Everyone has time segments that are part of their Life, the word snap shot fills the bill. The segments aren't the whole story, just the key points. Enough to remind you of the time period in your life. Thank you for the fine review. Ray

I always enjoy seeing your type of work and you are most definitely right about how time changes. I have definitely seen a lot of changes in my lifetime I guess as much as you have. Hello Gina, Thank you very much for this fine review, So nice to know you enjoy it. I love the creation process, I work with acrylic paint on paper, I use a palette knife with paint right out of the tube and I layer the colors for different effects. Unless there is a need to explain, I try to let the painting tell the story and leave the description blank. Ray

The segmented sections within the scene give us a collective review of the fleeting segments that make up our lives. The darker sections of the painting represent the blurred times of life that are buried deep in our subconscious. I can relate to this scene as I have clarity of the highlights of my life but I certainly have some blurry moments that haunt my dreams.
