I have been to Las Vegas but do not recall this melting building! This is a great entry into the contest for architecture images. What a fascinating place. This must be to see it's interesting that the inside of the building looks normal. What a great architect! I am impressed.

Thank you! I was visiting my brother in Vegas and he took me here. Not sure exactly what town it was in, but it was in the Vegas area. Definitely worth going to look at it if you are there again.
