Nice composition, great lighting and very clear details. I like that this in black and white also, it gives it a very historical documentary type of quality.

Nice black and with landscape with the boat side and water. The info also helped with the meaning or understanding. The distant buildings and foliage add to the loveliness.

This piece is simply top-o-the-heap good.

This is the second HDR contest entry I have reviewed and again I am so impressed with the realism that is achieved with this generation of HDR software - Kudos.

With some skill full application of post processing software you have captured the look of an early 20th century B&W photo. Good B&W photography is so evocative as is this fine post.

This shot has got something for everyone and I loke it a lot... Bob

This looks like a scene off the beaten path. The coloring plays off the tone that is captured in the beaten rotting hull. The photo seems to whisper "don't linger here".
It is artfully composed with the hull setting the storyline and the rugged road or pathway leading off to parts unknown.

Very nice entry for this contest, I like that you rendered in black and white, this has the look of an old time photograph. Nice angle of shot to show the old weathered boat, perfect placement of the horizon line allowing more space for the water and land , this gives nice depth to your scene.
Well focused, this image is clear, exposure is correct, I see good tonal variations in the B&W.
Well composed and presented!

Black and white photographs have a timeless and classic charm that is truly captivating. The absence of colour allows the viewer to focus on the raw emotions and the essence of the subject matter. A well taken shot. Good luck!

Brian,
A beautiful black and white photo of that weathered rowboat on the shore of the Inlet between Southwold & I think Warbleswick.... Walsingham is in Norfolk. ( Both places I know well) the sunlight shining through a break in the clouds overhead glistens on the water's surface.the buildings on the far shore add interest to the background, while the path on the right leads the eye to jetty & the house beyond it. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus. Good luck in the contest.
