You have definitely mixed it all up with different items, categories of items: the skulls, the rose and baby's breath, and the butterflies along with the nice background.

Have seen skulls on here before and they puzzle me as to why photograph them[but each to his/her own] but it is quite a good one for this contest,and the subtle use of color against the b/w skulls work well...Brian

A very beautiful shot, I'm so impressed by the amount of effort you put into the setups (I feel I'm such a lazy photographer in comparison!).
I love how you've understated the rose, it works so well with the black and white.
Beautifully sharp, showing us all the wonderful detail in the skulls and flowers, and your added effects complete the whole image.

How could you tell???-LOL! Guess you don?t see too many other photographers posting skull photos, come to think about it. I actually did this set up two days in a row because the first time I wasn?t really happy with the results, and of course had to deconstruct the whole scene and redo it the next day. Thanks so much for the wonderful review, well wishes and extra star!
