You have pictured this cute little bumblebee so well diving into a lovely thistle. Both are standing out from the softened background in an excellent way.
The focus is spot on and sharp and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen both in the bee and the thistle. The exposure is perfect, and the colors are nice and natural.
The photo is nicely cropped, and the added frame looks good. The thistle and bumble bee are well placed within the frame. A truly lovely and well taken photo Susan, and with an excellent DOF.

This is a very pretty photo, Susan. The colors are lovely especially the Scotch thistle and it is nicely composed.
The focus is very sharp, you can see the details in the bee's wings and the thistle.

Hi Susan, I didn't know there was a buff tail bumblebee. I can see the lighter colors on the well focused tail. Love how the bee is nestled in this thistle.. The only thing I don't like is the view of the large green thistle in the background. I think it takes the focus away for the bee. The bee and thistle flower are really good though. They both have nice focus and lighting! :o) Nancy
