A very beautiful snowy landscape picture with the open gYe leading the eye into the picture the sun breaking through the clouds above lighting up the snow on the ground the distant hills adding interest along the horizon. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus. Good luck in the contest.

Reminds me of Montana Cold and crisp looking. Winter is one of my favorite seasons, that and fall. Looks like a first snow fall as the trees in the background still have leaves. This is a great capture. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful and welcoming as the gate is open, come on in even if its cold. love this landscape, you can see for a long distance. great farming community I am sure, the snow is so bright and white. Great shot

This is indeed a great entry into a contest like this, and the landscape as a backdrop for this fence is really beautiful. I also like the dramatic looking sky, and how lovely the light is falling on the foreground snow.
The format and framing is very good, and by the placement of the fence, it is a very good balance in the composition. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

This is indeed a great entry into a contest like this, and the landscape as a backdrop for this fence is really beautiful. I also like the dramatic looking sky, and how lovely the light is falling on the foreground snow.
The format and framing is very good, and by the placement of the fence, it is a very good balance in the composition. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

This sort of reminds me of a typical winter scene in the uk,and i like the use of the gates/fencing in this more so as the gates is open and leads you into the distance,good sky as well...Brian
