This is a great candid shot, she's totally unaware of your interest!
It looks great in B&W and the composition and the way you've used the light is very good, she shows up so well against the lighter rain filled background.
And you've managed to capture the falling rain very well indeed.

This really tells a great story - a perfect entry for the contest. You captured the scene really well, I like how she holds the umbrella and the hand on her hip conveys she's fed up! A well composed and interesting photograph.
