What a fabulous capture of the sun rise. Those fluffy clouds really add drama with the light and shade. I like the reflections on the water and the inclusion of some of the detail of the boat in the foreground for perspective. A lovely entry for the contest.

This is lovely and so appropriate for the contest. The water is lovely and the lights dancing throughout add so much. The sky is pretty, especially the oranges, yellows, and blues. Is that your yacht or did you just bring it down? Interesting!

Thank you for your good comments. I much appreciate your view. I am ok been busy sorting and disbanding our Ger any home. We brought the boat down from Engkand to Portugal for a friend wonderful times. I miss sailing.

think using the boat adds that extra touch and does add extra interest rather than just getting the horizon on its own and of course adds dof as well,good thought pattern in this one..Brian

A brilliant sunset. I love the way the sun shimmers on the waves. The life preserver in the shot is a wonderful way of showing that this is taken from the ship's cockpit. A brilliant shot.
