Now this bird is among the sharpest of the parakeets you have posted. The sky is beautiful, peeking through the trees and foliage which are both vibrant and lively. Thanks for sharing.

Welcome. Another parakeet but I really like the fine scene and vivid bird even better.

Hi Fred.. Nicely framed take on this large parakeet.

The green color of the bird is bright and natural in appearance and tonality.

The bits of blue sky mingling with the green leaves and the bird has a soothing contrast about it.

Overall a fine shot... Bob

a wonderful photo presented here of this lovely green parrot seeming to say look at me I got a cookie to eat. Your composition, shades, tones and use of light is perfect!

Fred,
A beautiful picture of the female Rose-ringed Parakeet perched in what I think is a Sessile Oak tree with a broken branch from which she's pecking off insects from the broken surface. the sun shining down on her highlights her green plumage & red beak so she stands out clearly from the darker green foliage & patches of blue sky. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
Susan

An exotic sight. I love the way you framed this parrot, by providing sufficient space on each side, and also how you've shown its habitat at the this tree top. You can still improve the exposure, because it looks too bright. Always, increase your aperture or F/stop numbers. If its really bright, even use the rule of F/16, using manual setting. You can lower or higher it, as the case maybe.

A good looking nature image presented here! Your fine and central composition gives us a good look at that lucky, pretty bird. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Nicely taken!
