Troll Jacuzzi huh? Do they have many come by? Wink.. just teasing . Nice capture. The clarity is great. The angle of the shot of this rapid water is good. The capture of the light is good. The presentation is balance and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and good job overall

Oh this got my vote in the contest. It's a great capture with wonderful detail. Certainly a perfect depiction of flowing water. The backstory made me smile too!

This is a fine capture of the water both flowing and crashing. The rock work is well done, shown plainly. I am glad you did not see the slimy creature. LOL! Best wishes.

The little I know and understand about Trolls would fit in a very small thimble.

I do know they only come out after the sun sets. If they are caught in the first rays of morning sun they immediately turn to stone.

Which by the way, might account for all these large boulders strewn about at the entrance to the under pass.

Well this is a dramatic shot that certainly meets the main criteria of this contest.

Correct white balance makes or breaks a moving water take. In this case where the water current is most active is where the whites get blown out.

There are 2 ways to correct this but both require changing the settings on your camera. Without a tripod or some other way to hold the camera still, then a faster shutter speed will still the raging current. With a tripod a long exposure => 8/10sec.

All told the colors are close to monochrome. This take might benefit by converting to B&W. It wouldn't hurt the WB.

Over all this shot is well taken and is an interesting piece, good luck... Bob

Thank you for your interest depth review. Your little thimble is not big enough for all the folklore you "don't know and understand"...lol. Thank you the camera tips. I'll try to find those adjustment tabs in my app next time I try a motion shot. Thank you!

A powerful visual presented here of these fast flowing waters cascading over the rocks. Those yellow hues add to the beauty of this scene. Thank you for sharing!

This is a beautiful picture of ragging water as it passes under a bridge. This would make a fine limited palette painting. I think you have caught the essence of the motion in the water. Very nicely done. Ray

Thanks so much, it was really moving after all the rain we've had so it was tough to get it really clear. I think I would need a high motion setting for better detail but my phone is limited. Someday I'll learn how to use my nice camera with a million settings...lol.

Interesting story in this and can see why you wanted this angle which is different and good,my only thought though is some of the white water is slightly blown out but apart from that a good one...Brian

Thanks so much. The tweaks I made really did portray the colors accurately. The day was bright but overcast and everything outdoors seemed vibrant and saturated
