Nice way to decorate the doors that are not being used for the original purpose but serve as spectacular background for the splendor of colors that is enjoyable by people walking by.

Pretty photo is this and not one i would have thought of for my contest,but as it is no longer used then it qualifys,straight forward photo as such but worth taking and its good to take photos of different things on holiday...Brian

This is really a nice door to be covering up but I can see how hard it would probably be to enter it. I love the different plants that sit in the doorway and especially the wreaths on the door and this seems to be well centered. I see also that it is entered in a contest and I wish you the best in it. JackJr.

What a lovely spot you found to photograph. I would be going crazy running around shooting everything in sight if I ever got to visit a village like this. The colors are great and well balanced over all.
