A beautiful stop action picture of the Great Grey Owl in flight the light sparkling in it's eyes while highlighting it's beautifully patterned plumage contrasting with the green foliage in the background. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus, good luck in the contest.

Superbly captured with great detail in the eyes and face. Snapping these birds in flight can be a challenge. The green foliage as a background really contrast the tones of the owl's feathers. Very Nice. And the image is well cropped leaving space for the owl to fly into.
