The monarch is one of my favorite butterflies. This arrangement does them justice and then some.
Your very creative mixed media chores sets this piece alight with color and very refined detailing of all the major items - very well done.
The underlying camera technique supports all the post production techniques to their best visual advantage.
Great work, it is a fine piece of eye candy... Bob

Hi Bob, there are times when I do something like this that I do feel like jumping overboard. LOL If the image has really fine edges to cut it can take a while. In this image I had to re-do all the spots on the Monarch because they were grayish and I wanted them to be white. I love being artistic though that's why I do so much Mixed Media. I'm thrilled you enjoyed this so much! Thank you soooo much for the super six review! I'm honored! :o) Nancy

Hi Brian, It does take a little bit of time to do something like this. Since I like to outline the edges everything in the image has to be done. Sometimes I don't like the original color I chose and have to outline again. Some of the butterflies in this were washed out and I had to fix the color. It's kind of a work in progress. I have a lot of fun though. Glad you enjoy what I do! I so appreciate your reviews!

Hi Freelo59, In my Microsoft digital image software I have a cutting tool. All I have to do is trace the image I want, then save it and paste it wherever I want. By using your mouse you can enlarge or shrink the image to whatever size you want. In .png mode, every image you add can be freely moved within the frame. You can close the image, come back to it later and still be able to move and work on an image seperately. Hope that gives you an idea. I'm glad you enjoyed! Thank you for the great review! :o) Helvi
