A cute take that is very seasonal. I like the angle and simplicity here that the fresh snow as background creates. The squirrel is adorable. Just recently whilst in England I saw my first squirrels for many a long year and this photo shows me every detail that I observed in the little guys I saw.

Frame the image in Holly and ya got your Christmas card - it is that emotive.
Great color and white balance control. To me, the framing has a Charles Dickens aerie about it.
Excellent camera angle catches all the active imaging necessary to convey the story.
The eyes, nose, near ear and front paws are sharp and well defined. The tail appear a little soft, but not enough to detract from the overall punch this piece has.
The background bokeh highlights the little Squirrel and supports the previous reference to Dickins.

This squirrel is so cute with his big bushy tail eating sunflower seeds. I think especially the snow is well captured. It looks so soft and fresh and the squirrel is standing out from it in an excellent way.
The focus is spot on and sharp showing such clear and well defined details in the squirrel's sweet face, and both the exposure and the white balance is perfect.
I also like the way you have cropped the photo and the placement of the squirrel within the frame. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo Pat, and with an excellent DOF.

Very well taken, as always, with excellent detail in the fur, eye, whiskers and paws. Perfect exposure and colour balance (no blue snow here!), and I love the close crop.

He chowed down on the spot so he would not loose it and if it is in his belly the Bully Squirrels could not steal it. Thank you for sharing this little fur Baby. What a pretty squirrel! We don't have that kind by us. We have regular grey squirrels. Wonderful capture and the dark colors against the snow really makes his stand out. Thanks for sharing!

Such an adorable little guy, Pat, I love his coloring and especially the white surrounding his eye. Our snow isn't that deep yet, but I know it's coming. The different tones and shadows in the snow are lovely, gives the image a dreamy feel, almost as though this squirrel is surrounded by a fluffy cloud!
