A beautiful black & white photo of your handsome son his cheeky grin & personality oozing from him deserves all SIX stars as he poses for you, with his double shadow on the wall behind him. Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus. Good luck it the contest.

I like how the double shadow from your lighting frames your son on the all-white background. The mischievous look on his face will bring a chuckle to anyone that has the opportunity to see the photo! Nice job!

I already know whose image this is and I applaud you for it! The use of digital programs is just a tool and your hand and mind the force behind that tool. Nicely done. Thanks for sharing.

I think you did a great job with what you had, cameras have come a long way now and I remember we had to take our film to a store to get them developed. I think that this is a very nice piece of work and I bet that he wanted to give you a great pose. I see also that this is entered in a contest and I wish you the best in it. Keep up the great work. The joyful boy radiates happiness, his eyes sparkling with delight, as he playfully contorts his face into a whimsical and infectious expression. A carefree-looking boy captured well in B&W. Good luck!

Old photos of relatives bring back memories and bet this does, good title for your son as it looks as if he is,the vignette effect sort of ages it and although it would not have occured to me to do this it is different for my contest...Brian

A fine entry into the competition presented here, together with interesting notes too! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us an enjoyable view of that scruffy, little lad. Textures and tones are good. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Well done and good luck!
