Lucien, It is hard to deny the beauty of a rose. The way it's petals lay in an orchestered fashion enhanced by the variegations in color. A rose is a rose, one of my favorite flowers. Very nicely presented. Ray

awesome looking flower. in my lil flower cartoon world i view this like the flower is singing.. the clarity is excellent. the capture of the light is great. the angle of the shot of this colorful flower is excellent. the presentation is well balanced and very eye appealing to the viewer. great eye and awesome work again Pan Master!(clapping)

Such a lovely entry. I love the prominent layer of the petals and the various shades of pink. The dark background made a nice contrast as well as those white tiny blossoms at the background. Well captured.

Color, tint and hue are spot on perfect. You were right about the background - excellent call. The selected DOF shows the background in a soft bokeh that makes the scene very easy to view.
The edge sharpness of the petals is in sharp focus.
