Pretty artistic and unique angle. I like the symmetry, too. I can't remember seeing one of this scene when I was in Minneapolis. Maybe, I failed to look up. Those lights makes this image more dramatic. The foreground in pretty clean. Well captured and thank you for including where this picture was taken.
