I have yet to see this bug in area. But from what I heard about them they are very annoying and kill off trees? These are very interesting bugs, great shot of this one. Thank you for sharing and good luck in the contest!

If I saw this bug in person I'd be running. Very interesting to look at but definitely don't want to get close to. Composition is well fought out. Thank you for sharing this interesting bug.

Maureen, This is an amazing bug when it opens its wings it shows a bright red color. One can't forget it is an invasive species with many warnings. Thank yo for your fine review. Ray
