a beautiful & interesting picture of the Historic Alhambra in Granada, Spain with three people walking towards it a sunbeam lighting up the wall & on the left while also lighting the tower on the right of the stairs. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus. Good luck in the contest.

yes went to loads of places there except this place, even went to ronda and climbed down into the gorge to take photos, but it took me a long time to climb back up

yep, this sure qualifies as an old building. Too bad we couldnt see more of it, and those people were not there. Love the history behind this castle. I always picture castles as cold inside with very few windows lol,,,the door at the bottom looks so small.

Thanks, yeah I don't like people/tourists in shots either, but I hung around for ages trying to capture it with no one around, but it was so busy that it proved to be an impossibility! :(

A good looking image presented here into the competition! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us a very enjoyable view of that famous building. Enjoyed your notes too! Exposure and sharpness are fine. Well done and good luck!

This is an impressive shot of the fortress. You have framed it well, and the focus, clarity, light, and composition work well. Good luck in the contest!

Hi, I like the way this photo captures a walkway leading to discovery, bathed in golden sunlight and surrounded by nature's calm. A peaceful retreat for a romantic walk. Well framed, good natural colours and vibrancy and good focus throughout the scene. Well done, cheers.

A very nice entry into the competition with very interesting narrative. I like the angle of the shot with the steps leading the eye to the fortress itself. Focus and clarity are good; and the trees branches add interest to the photogragh.

This is a phenomenal shot you took of this fortress right here. You can see the detail, and craftsman work that the Arabs put into building and creating these buildings. Excellent work, thank you for sharing

This is a lovely visual presented here of these two people exploring their surroundings. May I ask what country this is in. Composition, shades, tones colours and textures are very well done and presented. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you very much! It's overlooking Grenada in Spain - I did put it in the notes (I think!).
