Absolutely gorgeous. A true wonder of beauty. I am at a awww for this painting and who ever painted it should be extremely proud of their accomplishments. I feel so much peace and happiness when I look at it as if I can feel the love that the mother has for her child. The colors that were chosen make my heart sing. always soooooo cool. the facial and arms are great. the shading is great. the depth is great. the blend of the colors is awesome. the details is great. the shape and design is balanced and very eye appealing to the viewer. so very creative and awesome work overall(clapping)

This is a very surreal and visually confusing depiction of mother and child. I see the mother, but the child is evading me. Perhaps you could enlighten me. I wish I was this creative.

Maureen, Isn't it nice to slip away from the confines of reality and explore the rhythm of repetition like hanks of yarn ready to be wound into skeins. My mother was an avid Knitter and crocheter and my job was to hold the hanks, wide armed while My mom rolled the skeins. Your soft pastel creation of a mother and child is like magic moments of my past. Ray
