I love the composition of this image. It looks like the frog looking things over. The image is spot on sharp. I like the black background that helps isolate the subject(s).

First of all: Congratulations on winning this contest ! What a perfect capture this is ! Both the little frog and the leave are green , however we are able to see nice detail in the frog as well as getting such a good sense of its size.
Well focused, this image is clear and your exposure is perfect, the green tones appear natural.
Well composed against the black background .

Even without checking I knew that this is spectacular contest entry. I have some frogs in the garden but getting them to pose like this is impossible- maybe I don't pay enough or they don't care about the contest.

The title and the picture is so clever and goes hand in hand. Spring Green because the trees, flowers, and grass start back turning green. Spring green because I see the frog on the leaf about to jump. Excellent work, thank you for sharing
