Maureen, it is so nice to see an artist who is in full command of the media used. You add light and brightness to an essentially black surface. Your details are basic and show off your amazing talent. Beautiful work. I only have fives for a work that deserves much more. Ray

You have done excellent work here, my friend. The grapes of two colors, and other items on the lovely shred and portions of lovely cloth as well as the wood and large created leafs. The background color matches excellently as does the front dark brown. Most of this soft pastel work would be a "6".

A good presentation of fruits, however, I think a little more clarity is in order unless this is to be viewed from a distance. Presentation and the background serves the initial impact well.

Those colorful fruits made a strong contrast with the dark background. A pretty artistic presentation with that piece of cloth and leaf of the grapes. I like the provision of negative space and the vertical orientation also fits well. Excellent drawing and painting techniques.

The attention to detail is amazing but would have like to see more realistic aspects to it. It almost looks furry and not as if it is real food
