Excellent profile portrait Nik.
The colors are bright and vivid and natural in tone and texture.
Classic framing - put the ear in the center and the rest will follow. I like your camera angle, the slight upward line works to define the clown.

I like how you've framed this happy clown against the plain background, free from any distractions. Prominent colors and details, even his wrinkles are pretty clear. The square frame suits well. Well captured.

Good shot of this clown and a good close up and candid,could have for my comp.the only thing that i think slightly gets in the way is that red glove as it takes your eye away from his face which is good,can see you can,t crop it as its close to his face,but aside from that a good one....Brian
