What super rendition of an orange day lily. I feel these type of flowers are so common and we all see them so much. So you like me, try to be creative to "liven up" the flower. The beveled edge is really creative. I like the fine dark outline of each flower petal, very nice.
The color pallet is perfect for this presentation. If I were FAR I would use a 7 on this piece!

I always enjoy your flower shots nancy and the way you change them,do slightly feel this is good but also slightly feel it is a bitt full on in the strength of the color,maybe because its orange thats done that,still a good one though...Brian

Hi Brian, You complained a little on the full strength of the color. Though the color is strong, it is the natural color of the flower. It matches the real thing perfectly! :o) I was happy that it came thru so well. Even though you don,'t like the strength of the color I'm gad you enjoyed the flower itself.
