Yes, they are not birds, but it looks like a bird, in fact, named as Hawk Moth. I love your angle showing its eye and patterns of the wings. The lovely and purple blossoms is a nice touch in this composition. You've also shown some motion of the wings. Great narrative per artist's notes. You have captured and framed this well.
