Nancy I know only too well how difficult this was to put together and the amount of editing that went into it to produce this wonderful image. It is bursting with colour and vitality and really conveys the vibrancy and excitement of the fair. A great entry for the contest. I'm still working on mine but this is a really strong contender!

Hi Nancy, this image "Summer Carnival" is a very vibrant and festive creation and you certainly do put your heart and soul into it. I do however think your AI needs a good talking to for refusing to include children on the ceroucel. Very well done and good luck in the contest :-)

Hi Mark, Thank you so much Mark! I tried to gives this the bright feeling that captures a nighttime carnival! I'm so glad you enjoyed! I really tried to get thru to AI about having kids riding the horses on the Merry-go-round. I tried several times with no luck! I guess AI doesn't know how to read! As the sun goes down the fire works begin and brighten the sky. You have a coaster, a ferris wheel and a Merry-go-round and ancillary tents. The lights and colors create the festiveness, all this as the sun sets. This shot of the Midway as it is called is teaming with excitement, I can almost smell the popcorn and cotton candy. Two minor suggestions, the cars don't belong and more meandering people. about fifty years ago I worked the York State Fair two years in a row, this reminds me of that. Fond memories. I am looking at a lot of work here and you have done a wonderful job putting this together. The best of luck in the contest. Ray

Hi Ray, thank you so much for the awesome review! I'm thrilled you enjoyed this so much! I agree with you 100% about the cars! I have no idea why AI put them in. Nobody parks on the fair grounds! I thought about cloning them out but they were so close together I didn't know if I'd get the shadows and light right so Ieft them. I wanted kids riding the horses on the merry-go-round but for some reason AI would not co-operate. I went with the best I could get and change what I could. I'm glad you enjoyed! Hope to see your version of a night time carnival! :o) Nancy

Hi Brian, I don't want to sit on my duff when I create, so I'll never just push a button! :o) It's true AI uses the imagination of the artist to create, but I want more that. You'd be surprised how much you have to work just to fix what AI did wrong.! I like to expand what AI does and create something even more. Hi Nieves, in the future you're going to see images I created for poems I wrote for FanStory. I didn't have images for them when I first posted them . With AI I can finally create an image especially for the poem. Happiness is definitely something I like to pass on! :o)
