Cameras capture more than scenes; they immortalize the stories etched in the lines of each individual's journey. This is a lovely and lively capture. I clicked a few similar-looking shots in Alaska some time ago, but due to bad weather, they didn't turn out well. Well done! Thanks for sharing!

This is such similar landscape to what we have here in Alaska, we actually have a little town here that is nicknamed " little Switzerland "
Nice angle of shot placing the train on the right in the curve.
Well focused, clear image with good use of the light. Colors and tones appear true and natural. Well composed allowing a good sense of this beautiful place.

This is such similar landscape to what we have here in Alaska, we actually have a little town here that is nicknamed " little Switzerland "

Hi Brian, it must have been something riding on this train! My head would have been so out the window. There would be so much anticipation on what was ahead. This image is overflowing with stories. Love the view that you captured. Always love scenic images where what you see flows around a bend. Love the focus, lighting and the spectacular view. Great image for the contest! :o) Nancy

Wow factor at first glance. I love the scenery of red train with a background of rocky mountain and the view of the blue ocean and another mountain. Wide depth of field. All angles considered, this photo is sharp, glorious, and is technically strong. Deserves a six but I'm out.
