Can't explain the wow factor this makes me feel, just absolutely amaizing and brilliant, I love how you blurred the background it really puts the focus on the bird! I don't want to give critisism, but, sometimes it gives you the push you need to get 6 stars, maybe next time choose a more interesting bird with brighter colours, overall I love it, it deserves 1st prize

If you don't get sixes for this then the people on this site have no idea what a good photo is!!! Those who don't take photographs have no clue how hard it is to get that detailed of a image of a bird in flight without the blurred effect. Excellent image!

Superb shot, technically perfect capture of bird in flight. DOF, is perfect for the pose which really emphasizes the motion and the bird's apparent concentration on his landing spot. I also like how there is some blue sky in the background to contrast with the green vegetation.
