I'd be curious to hear the artist statement on this! Is is perhaps a reference to the realistic style, and how only pieces of the face are showing? Very creative and very well executed. The proportions do seem a wee bit distorted, like the image was pinched and drawn up at the right side; this may be the result of drawing or photographing at an angle. The rendering is very solid, though, and I love the bold use of contrast! Overall a very strong work. Keep it up!

Beautiful. Love the facial expression filled with emotions and life. That gazing eyes seems to be in deep thought. I love your shading techniques as shown in the full lips and details of the eyes.
