Hi Nik.. What an inspiring photo this is for me. I look at this incredible contrast, which by the way you have captured exceptionally well, and I can imagine a conversation between the small boats.

Which I imagine could go something like this: Big boat pointing to the QE2 says to the little boat - "See there little boat!... If you steer clear of the rocks, shelter from bad weather and always get your captain home for dinner. You could grow up to be just like her!"

Great color and ideal framing - nice shot... Bob

This must've been a very exciting time in your life to go on a cruise. Composition shades, tones, colors, and angle, captures the scene and brings it to life. Thank you for sharing.

This is a beautiful shot of the spectacular sight of the boats, big and small. You framed it well, and the light, shadows, colours, and composition worked well. Good effort!

This is indeed a wonderful contrast, showing the size of the ship compared to other sailboats in the harbour. I wonder if the experience of sailing in her is as large as her profile?

I am very grateful for your kind review! Yes, we had a spectacular voyage across the Atlantic. The QM2 is by far the best cruise liner we have ever sailed on.

Hi Nik, I like the size difference of the cruise ship and the little fishing boats but what really caught my attention was the blue sky and green water. I think it presents a very pretty picture. Love the angle you took the shot from. Very cool, fun to view and has good lighting and focus. Nice Job! :o) Nancy

This definitely shows quite a contrast between the different vessels , the large one for cruises, holding a lot of passengers, while the others are private boats holding small groups of people.
Well captured from a nice POV, well focused, nice clear image , with good exposure , colors abd tones appear true and natural.
Well composed and presented!

I like this, has a almost 70 feels to it. Love how you included the small boats to demonstrate size. Colors, tones, details, lighting all look really good. Overall a nice presentation. Thanks for sharing.

This Queen May 2 cruise ship is indeed very large. Great angle and lighting showing the colossal ship and other boats. I love the color of the emerald green water. Great composition even show the blue sky. Well captured, Nik and thank you for sharing your grand journey.
