Well framed and expertly focused.

All of this little guy's facial features are well seen and in high resolution.

Colors are strong and crisp. The background bokeh keeps the viewers' attention on the Chippy.

This piece is very well taken I can't see any aspect that could be improved - if at all perhaps more cropping?... Bob

Awe, now this is a photo I can relate to! I love chipmunks - their behavior is so close to humans.

I love the image! Inquisitive chipmunk checking out both opportunities and dangers abound. The rock (curvature thereof) offers a wonderful leading line to draw the viewer into the scene, whereas we are met with this tiny guy/gal peeking over the top and determining what to do next. You have captured the moment with clarity, detail, exceptional natural lighting and overall interest. Best of luck in the contest.
