A good looking historical image posted here, but dubious reading notes. Your fine and classical composition gives us a good view of those old cannons. Exposure and sharpness are good. Nicely done!

Nice photo. Even the sober and solemn day fits the location. I have visited several old civil war grounds, and it always makes me stop and think about our history. Thanks for sharing.

    I was just thinking about the loss of lives and the struggles of the wounded, those who have lost their legs, arms, and sight, just to mention a few. I've seen in the documentaries that those parts of the bodies were buried together, too. We've been watching civil war documentaries and so we come and visit this week.
