Very cool photo! Lighting and exposure are very well controlled. Good sharp focus and details. Very nice colors.

This is a super interesting and well captured shot. Your depth of field is outstanding especially considering the fast movement and varied distances. If anything, I might have removed the partial bird on the upper left. But that would be just check and see if it was an improvement. Great focus composition and bright colors. Well done.

Thanks for the outstanding review and high rating, much appreciated. I thought of removing birds on left side but I thought they were a funny point of interest like they were saying " don't forget us".

Good Heavens! it looks like your right in the middle of this flock of seagulls! Definitely a lot of flight going on here. Looks like you missed a lot of birds but the ones you did capture were a lot of fun to view. Focus is good! Wishing you luck in the contest! :o) Helvi

A good entry into the contest showing a lot of gulls in flight. The two in the middle you have captured their face and eyes well. Overall the shot is sharp and clear. Good luck.

While looking at this scene it occurred to me that one can easily create this mayhem simply taking a trip to the beach with a camera and a medium size French Fries (Pomfrets). Voila!.. a days' worth of shooting in your hand.
A good f choice for this bunch. The DOF is deep enough for the flock and keeps the background blurred but recognizable.
White balance must have been a little problematic? The whites look good I only see one or two very small inconsequential spots where the detail is gone.
High detail of the feathers is not seen because this frame is for a group and not a portrait of just one bird. Otherwise, the bird images are not blurred and what features captured are within acceptable limits, ie the eye and beak of the closest bird.
I am going to rate this a five, not because I'm easy, but because I understand the difficulty with getting a shot like this.
I think this is a fine entry for the contest good luck... Bob

You have navigated this shot well - your balance between speed and aperture settings resulted in a clear, stop action shot with nice detail and clarity. Also noted is your skillful control of the whites (highlights) of the birds' feathers. Nicely done, good luck in the contest.
