Sesha, this is a very good entry into the contest. You have been able to create everything indicative of Halloween in one piece of artwork with great mastery. Did you also create the poem yourself?

I really appreciate you taking the time to check out my art and leave such great comments. I am a part-time writer too.I have so far published 8 books of short stories and one book that has 70 of my poems.

Hi Sesha, Love your artistry in both the poem and image. Those pumpkins are totally FUN! The addition of the bats on a huge yellow full moon is a very nice touch! Color choices fit Halloween beautifully! Great entry for the contest! Good Luck! :o) Nancy

I like the poem. Indeed, these pumpkins grin and Halloween whispers fill the night with scare with the view of those vats and the house that looks haunted. I like all the elements of your composition even the additions of thick halloween wreath at the roof top and in front of the house. I also like the blazing Moon against the darkness of the night. Great concept and an image with a scary story to tell. Excellent job, Sesha.

I like the poem. Indeed, these pumpkins grin and Halloween whispers fill the night with scare with the view of those vats and the house that looks haunted. I like all the elements of your composition even the additions of thick halloween wreath at the roof top and in front of the house. I also like the blazing Moon against the darkness of the night. Such a fun and festive piece to acknowledge the upcoming tradition of Halloween. You have managed to incorporate numerous objects that are unique to the haunting hour: Pumpkins, bats, ghostly mist, a haunted house, a full moon and most particularly, I love that witch hat over the gate. Hi Seshadri, this image "Mystery House on Halloween Eve" is a very vibrantly coloured picture. Many layers to take in. I particularly like the variety of expressions on the jackerlanterns, the iron gate and the bats in front of an orange moon. Well done and good luck in the contest :-)
