A highly dramatic shot with the extremes of shades / tones from white to black all in tack, making this a very effective and impactful black and white presentation. The highlights in the braking waves on the water, works with the highlights in the clouds and creates a natural harmony. The horizon is straight, and your angle of the shot produced nice balance.
